We collect as little as possible, store what we must, and never sell or share what you trust us with. This page explains exactly what that means in practice.
What we collect
Contact details you give us via forms or email, basic analytics from the site (Plausible, no cookies), and anything you share with us during a project.
Where it lives
EU-based providers: Fastmail for email, Notion for project docs, Linear for tracking, Vercel for hosting. We can provide a sub-processor list on request.
How long we keep it
Project records for 6 years (UK accounting rules). Contact-form submissions for 24 months unless we’re actively in conversation.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, or for it to be deleted, by emailing [email protected].
